Roll Like A King or Queen with Magnum Competition
1 Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of Trinidad and Tobago aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Alston's Marketing Company (AMCO), its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2 Entry Period
- The competition commences on June 1st and concludes on July 6th.
- Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
Important: All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on July 6th to be eligible.
3 How to Enter
- Participants must enter First & Last Name, submit a photo of purchase and select the territory that purchase was made.
- Each participant will be allowed multiple entry(ies) but can only win once.
- Purchase 3 Magnum and enter to win.
4 Content Guidelines
- Submissions must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Entries containing inappropriate content, including but not limited to profanity, hate speech, or offensive material, will be disqualified.
5 Prizes
- Grand Prize: ALL Expense Paid Trip to Reggae Sumfest, weekly prizes including cash, phone cards, Gas & Grocery Vouchers, Movie Tickets and Free Product.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Alston's Marketing Company (AMCO) reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value.
6 Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected based on random draw weekly.
- Winners will be notified via phone call within 2 business days of selection.
- If a winner does not respond within 1 day, an alternate winner may be selected.
Critical: Winners have only 24 hours to respond once contacted. Ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.
7 Publicity
- By entering, participants grant Alston's Marketing Company (AMCO) the right to use their name, likeness, and submission for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8 Data Protection
- Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9 General Conditions
- Alston's Marketing Company (AMCO) reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- The competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
